The standard SM82i drum motor is made of low carbon steel, and the finished roller surface is coated with anti-rust oil. The shell material of food grade SM 82i drum motor is 304 stainless steel. The surface of the standard SM82i drum motor is with non-slip thread. SM82i drum motor uses special design for gear transmission. High alloy steel precision grinding gear, ensure ultra-low noise during the transmission. And SM82i drum motor uses die cast aluminum gearbox. Backstop can be installed without affecting the minimum length of the SM82i motor drive rollers. SM82i drum motor have a high requirement for seal grade, Shaft end of SM82i drum motor adopts design of double seal. The sealing protection grade of drum motors are IP66/67.
